When your child’s after-school or school pickup provider uses Kidhopper, you can sign in to see the day’s rides and tell them when your child won’t be riding, without waiting on the phone.

Staying home? Mark it yourself.
Mark your child absent for a single trip and dispatch sees it right away. Changed your mind the same day? You can change it back. Your provider decides whether parents can report absences and sets the cutoff time for notice.
How to get access.
Parent accounts come from your provider. Ask them to invite you; you’ll get an email invitation, then sign in with Google or with an email and password. Your account shows only the children your provider has linked to you.

Kidhopper is the software your provider uses to plan and coordinate. Questions about a pickup, a driver or a schedule go to your provider. If your provider doesn’t use Kidhopper yet, they can reach us any time.
